McIntire Wedding | Earlyhouse in Louisa, Virginia

Katelyn and Bryce McIntire’s wedding was a dream come true at the stunning Earlyhouse in Louisa, Virginia. As their photographer, I was captivated by their exquisite taste in decor and the perfect fall weather that graced their special day. The Earlyhouse estate, with its 150 acres of lush countryside and rich history, provided an idyllic backdrop for their celebration. One of the most memorable moments was their “first touch” where they held hands around a door without seeing each other – a beautifully intimate gesture that made for an unforgettable photo opportunity and helped ease their pre-ceremony nerves while honoring tradition.

The ceremony itself was nothing short of a fairytale, highlighted by their unique horse-drawn carriage exit. This enchanting detail added a magical touch, making their departure from the ceremony truly special. Earlyhouse’s picturesque island, adorned with cherry trees, clematis, and roses, set the stage for their vows. The couple’s attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the walk across the bridge to the one-of-a-kind gazebo, creating a perfect blend of romance and Southern hospitality that Earlyhouse is renowned for.

As the night came to a close, Katelyn and Bryce shared a last dance under the stars on the gazebo, a moment that perfectly encapsulated the intimate and special nature of their wedding day. The reflections of light on the pond and the sounds of nature provided a serene backdrop for this magical dance, adding a final touch of enchantment to their celebration. I am incredibly grateful to have been a part of their journey, capturing these precious moments and witnessing their deep love for each other. It was an honor to document every loving detail of Katelyn and Bryce’s special day.

*Wedding Pro Tip: For future couples, consider planning a unique and memorable exit from your ceremony, just like Katelyn and Bryce McIntire did with their enchanting horse-drawn carriage. This special touch not only added a fairytale element to their wedding but also created a magical photo opportunity and a moment that guests will remember for years to come. Whether it’s a vintage car, a bicycle ride, or even a bubble exit, a thoughtfully planned exit can add a distinctive flair to your celebration. It’s a wonderful way to personalize your wedding and make your departure as newlyweds truly unforgettable. Embrace creativity and think about what would make your exit uniquely yours!
