Lesa and Mark Dest’s wedding was an absolute joy to photograph, and it held a special place in my heart. Lesa, a dear family friend who worked with my MeMaw and supported my brother Corey during his battle with childhood cancer, brought so much warmth and love to the day. Their sweet and easygoing nature made every interaction a pleasure, and their wedding was a perfect reflection of their unique love story. One of the highlights of the day was their decision to have a first look before the ceremony.
